In Arkansas, a person cannot represent himself/herself to be a bail enforcement agent, bounty hunter, or similar title[i].  Only a licensed private investigator, a person under his/her direction supervision, a licensed bondsman from the state where the bond was issued, or sworn peace officers can arrest bail fugitives.  Such persons must be at least twenty one years of age and must have no felony record[ii].
